About Sycamore Cove

Sycamore Cove Community is located on Charlotte Hwy just 4 minutes from downtown Asheville and only 7/8 mile south of the I-40 and I-240 interchange and 1/4 mile north of the Reynolds High School/ Ingles Shopping plaza. The subdivision is well underway and when complete will consist of 48 town home units contained in 24 Villas and a 2 unit Condo building.

In addition to the 50 units, there will be a handicapped accessible community playground, walking trail, gazebo, grill out area, fire pit, dog park, and beautifully landscaped common areas.  The Developer is offering three great model Units to choose from with starting prices as low as $334,900. His extensive experience as an engineer, developer and  builder of both residential and commercial properties has given him a tremendous understanding of all aspects of the building and development process. His knowledge of the industry and what the present market demand and needs are, has helped him design the 4 great town home models being offered at prices below market.

Sycamore Cove Community is offering several units to investors. The Location of the Sycamore Cove property, just outside the Asheville city limits, allows these units to be rented on a short term or long term rental basis. (i.e. AIRB&B)
